• Mandatory Winner Execution (Hotel Property Grand Prize): If the Hotel Property Grand Prize is selected and the Minimum Ticket Target is achieved, execution of the Hotel PSA by the Winner is a mandatory condition of receiving the prize.
• Redacted fields include: Seller identity and contact information; property identity and location (including address and metes‑and‑bounds details); hotel name; Title/Escrow officer identity and precise address; exact number of guest rooms; Host mailing address and email (but not the Host’s name); IP holder identity; surveyor identity and filing metadata; county/book/page/instrument numbers; and any other uniquely identifying or sensitive data.
• A complete, unredacted execution copy (identical in substance to this PSA, with redactions replaced by the corresponding identifying information) will be provided to the verified Winner via the platform’s secure workflow. The Winner agrees that the unredacted execution copy may not be rejected on the ground that this public version was redacted.

This posting provides a public, redacted copy of the approved Cash Grand Prize Agreement (CGPA) for the www.winthishotel.com Sweepstakes. It covers both the Cash Grand Prize path and the Fallback Payment path. It is published for transparency only. Certain sensitive information has been removed to protect privacy and security and to avoid doxxing. The unredacted execution copy will be provided to, and must be signed by, the Winner if (i) the Minimum Ticket Target is achieved and the Cash Grand Prize path is selected or pivoted to; and by acceptance of a Fallback Payment (if the Minimum Ticket Target is NOT achieved) the Winner agrees to the release/indemnity and other terms stated herein (and must sign the short acknowledgment at Exhibit C). Redactions do not alter any rights or obligations.

• Effect of Redactions: Redactions are limited to identity, location, or contact details and certain affiliate identities. Defined terms, structure, cross‑references, and material terms are unchanged. If any discrepancy exists, the unredacted execution copy controls.
• Mandatory Winner Execution (Cash Grand Prize): If the Cash Grand Prize is selected and the Minimum Ticket Target is achieved, execution of the CGPA by the Winner is a mandatory condition of receiving the prize.
• Fallback Payment: If the Minimum Ticket Target is not met and the Host (in its sole discretion) selects the fallback path, payout timing and amounts are governed solely by the platform workflow; by accepting the Fallback Payment, Winner agrees to the release/indemnity and other terms herein and must sign the Exhibit C acknowledgment.
